Why Now?
I was 3/4 of the way through my 4th lap around the Hill when I decided I had to try to take care of 2 goals at once: I told myself if I could run 9 miles tonight, I'd start a blog.
I'm sore and the endorphins wore off hours ago, but I promised, so here we are.
I'm partly frustrated by a long list of things I want and need to do, and a serious problem with distraction, which is tough on a good day.
I'm partly inspired by Kate FaFa's blog, which is a bit of a tease, but regardless a nice spot to check up on news in Savannah and my best friends' lives.
I'm not planning on spilling my guts here (one life zine free), but I will be writing about a lot of seemingly random stuff that's important for one reason or another. If at any point it starts to cohere, well, it'll have beaten my expectations. I just need a slightly higher level of accountability from myself, and this seems like it's got potential.
And, it'll give my relatives more ammunition when they feel the need to remind me that they've always known I was completely out of my mind.
